# Static Home Sales

> Static Home Sales sells new and pre-owned static caravans and holiday homes on Tingdene holiday parks in Norfolk and Suffolk, England. We own the caravans we sell and they are already sited, connected and safety-checked on their pitches — every advertised price includes the pitch siting, connections and safety checks for that specific park. Prices start from £19,995. We are an official Willerby distributor and also stock ABI, Pemberton and Victory holiday homes. Viewings are arranged at the parks with Sean: 07770 603800.

- How it works: we own the caravans for sale on the parks. Your purchase is with Static Home Sales; your pitch agreement is with the park. The price you see covers the caravan, its siting, connections and safety checks — no transport or set-up costs.

- [Caldecott Hall Country Park](https://statichomesales.co.uk/caldecott-hall/): Fritton, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk NR31 9EY. 300-acre woodland park close to the Norfolk Broads and east-coast beaches, with an 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole short course, indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, the Barn1 bar and restaurant, a fishing lake and Redwings Horse Sanctuary alongside. Pet friendly and family friendly. 11-month season, 10 February to 10 January. New and pre-owned static caravans from £35,995. 2026 site fees £4,158 per year. An easy drive from Gorleston, Hopton, Belton and Hemsby.

Directly on the seafront at Ness Point — the UK's most easterly holiday park. New and used static caravans from £19,995. 2026 site fees £3,704.40 per year. Minutes from Corton, Gunton and Oulton Broad; Kessingland a short drive down the coast.
