Static Home Sales

Static Home Sales is an authorised seller of pre-owned Atlas static caravans on Tingdene holiday parks in Norfolk and Suffolk. Atlas Leisure Homes is a Hull-based British manufacturer known for sleek, contemporary interiors and a strong reputation for build quality. We typically have a rotating selection of Atlas caravans available at Caldecott Hall Country Park near Great Yarmouth and at Tingdene North Denes on the Lowestoft seafront.

Why buy an Atlas static caravan?

Atlas Leisure Homes builds in Hull, East Yorkshire alongside the other major UK static caravan manufacturers. Atlas is known for modern, design-led interiors — often using cleaner lines, lighter palettes and larger glazing than rival ranges — while still meeting the same UK construction standards. Their range covers compact 2-bedroom entry-level models such as the Atlas Image through to the flagship Atlas Debonair and Atlas Status lodges. Atlas caravans hold their value well on the pre-owned market and are well supported by parts and service across the UK.

Current and recent Atlas listings

  • Atlas Status — a popular 2-bedroom holiday home with a bright open-plan lounge, contemporary kitchen and central-heating option. A go-to mid-range Atlas model.
  • Atlas Pisces — a well-equipped family layout, sleeping 6, often the most accessible entry point into pre-owned Atlas ownership.

Other Atlas models we regularly source on a buyer’s wait list include the Atlas Image (compact 2-bed starter), Atlas Sherwood (mid-size family), Atlas Festival (premium 2-bed with high-spec interior) and Atlas Debonair (flagship 3-bed lodge). • 40 ft × 13 ft, 2–3 bedroom — spacious open-plan lounge with full-height patio doors (Atlas Festival).

Where can I site an Atlas caravan?

Static Home Sales owns and supplies caravans on three Tingdene-operated holiday parks:

  • Caldecott Hall Country Park, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk — country park setting with fishing lakes and a 9-hole golf course.
  • Tingdene North Denes, Lowestoft, Suffolk — directly on the seafront.
  • Tingdene Broadlands Park and Marina, Oulton Broad, Suffolk — on the Norfolk Broads.

All three parks accept Atlas static caravans up to the full 42×14 footprint, subject to plot availability. Annual site fees start from £3,704 per year, paid directly to the park.

Atlas vs ABI vs Willerby

Atlas, ABI and Willerby are the three most popular brands on Norfolk and Suffolk parks. Atlas tends to attract buyers who want a contemporary, design-led interior; ABI sits in the middle on price and offers a very broad model range; Willerby has the longest heritage and the strongest residential-spec build. All three are UK-built, all three hold value well, and on the pre-owned market we’ll often have models from each side by side at Caldecott Hall — come and compare them in person before deciding.
