Wondering how it all works? At Static Home Sales, we own the caravans for sale on the parks. The price you see covers everything – the caravan, its setup, and safety checks for that specific park. No hidden costs, unless you fancy adding a decking or balcony.
We team up closely with the park in a seamless partnership. When you buy a Holiday Home from us, your purchase is with Static Home Sales. However, your agreement to occupy the pitch and enjoy all the park services is directly with the park. When you complete and move into the caravan, there’s a pro rata amount of pitch fees and rates due to the park from that date onward.
In a nutshell, our role is to offer a fantastic array of Holiday Homes for sale on these parks. This way, the parks can focus on what they do best – running the holiday parks – without worrying about what Holiday Homes they have for sale.
