Where can I site a Willerby caravan?
Static Home Sales owns and supplies caravans on three Tingdene-operated holiday parks:
- Caldecott Hall Country Park, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk — country park setting with fishing lakes and a 9-hole golf course.
- Tingdene North Denes, Lowestoft, Suffolk — directly on the seafront.
- Tingdene Broadlands Park and Marina, Oulton Broad, Suffolk — on the Norfolk Broads.
All three parks accept Willerby static caravans up to the full 42×14 footprint, subject to plot availability. Annual site fees start from £3,704 per year, paid directly to the park.
Willerby vs ABI — which should I choose?
Both Willerby and ABI are excellent UK-built manufacturers with strong residual values and good parts availability. Willerby caravans typically carry a slightly higher new-build premium and a longer manufacturing heritage; ABI tends to offer more contemporary interior styling and a wider entry-level range. On the pre-owned market in Norfolk and Suffolk we’ll often have both side by side — come and view them together at Caldecott Hall before deciding.
