Norfolk has 90 miles of coast, the Broads, Great Yarmouth’s seafront and some of the quietest countryside in England – and it is a comfortable drive from the Midlands, Cambridge and most of the East of England. A static caravan here gives you all of that on tap, every weekend and school holiday, without booking anything. Demand for sited caravans on good Norfolk parks stays strong, which matters when the time comes to sell on.
All of our current Norfolk stock is at Caldecott Hall Country Park, Fritton NR31 9EY – an owner-only Tingdene park set in 300 acres of woodland with an 18-hole golf course, indoor pool, leisure club, fishing lake, clubhouse and restaurant. The season runs from 10th February to 10th January, so you can use your caravan for eleven months of the year. Great Yarmouth, Gorleston beach and the Broads are all around ten minutes away.
Most static caravans are sold off a forecourt and then transported, sited and connected at extra cost. Ours are already on their pitch at Caldecott Hall. The price includes siting, connection to electric, water and drainage, and the park’s gas and electrical safety checks, so once the paperwork is done you simply collect the keys. You see the actual caravan, the actual pitch and the actual view before you commit.
Caravans at Caldecott Hall start from £31,995. The 2026 pitch fee is £4,158 a year, plus an estimated £626.72 for the park’s general and non-domestic services charge. Electricity is individually metered, gas is bottled and paid as you go, and insurance is typically a few hundred pounds a year. Holiday home owners also get 20% off the park’s leisure facilities. There is no age limit on how long a caravan can stay on the park.
Browse the caravans above and pick the ones you would like to see. If you like it, we agree the price, the park handles your owner agreement and pitch licence, and you collect the keys. Most buyers are using their caravan within a couple of weeks of first viewing it.
