Every caravan below is already sited, connected and safety-checked on its pitch, and the price shown includes all of that – you view the exact caravan you would be buying, then simply collect the keys.

Why Buy a Static Caravan from Static Home Sales?
We are not a park sales office and we are not a forecourt dealer. We own the caravans we sell, they are already sited on the pitch you would keep them on, and we sell a small number each year rather than hundreds. That means an honest description, a proper viewing, and the same person – Sean – from first call to handover.
Our Speciality: Quality Pre-Owned Holiday Homes
Most of what we sell is pre-owned – typically two to eight years old, from the main British manufacturers, bought in because it is in good order and priced well below new. A new entry-level holiday home sited on a park starts around £45,000; a good pre-owned one from us starts at £19,995 at North Denes and £35,995 at Caldecott Hall. If you want new, we are an authorised Willerby distributor and can order to your specification.
Two Parks, One Price That Includes Everything
Caldecott Hall Country Park in Fritton is a 300-acre woodland park ten minutes from Great Yarmouth and the Broads, with an 18-hole golf course, indoor pool, leisure club, fishing lake and restaurant; the season runs 10th February to 10th January. North Denes is a small owner-only park next to the beach at Lowestoft, open 1st March to 15th January. On both, our price includes siting, connection to services and the park safety checks – there is nothing to add on.
What It Costs to Run
Annual pitch fees for 2026 are £3,704.40 at North Denes and £4,158 at Caldecott Hall, plus each park’s general services charge (roughly £630–£700). Electricity is individually metered, gas is bottled and paid as you go, and insurance is a few hundred pounds a year. Our site fees and running costs guide sets it all out in detail.
